Yes you can! The qualification needed to join diploma is10th std. ... Yes you can go for diploma after matriculation but you should have passion as well as interest for engineering, because if you are doing diploma or engineering just for a certificate. Then it will be of no use & you windup unemployed.

Yeah you can get into diploma courses after your 10th. There may be some entrance examinations like AP POLYCET etc based on which you get are allotted the colleges based on your rank.
