Different states have different cutoffs for the same category, hence if you tell us the state to which you belong to, it would be a bit easier to answer your question. 

Generally, a score of around 400 should be able to get a seat in a government college.

The cutoff may varies depending upon the colleges and category. For sc category, to get seat in government medical colleges your score should be above 300. For getting seat in private medical colleges under management quota your score must be above 200.
