Mbbs in uk and us has a different process than in india. in usa you have to do 4 years of grad school compulsarily and then do MD(equivalent to mbbs in india) followed by residency and fellowship. their residency is equivalent to MD/MS in india. after 4 years of graduation

Please calm down because according to the rules listed by the conducting authorities of IIT-JEE, you should have qualified 12th boards exam. It doesn't matter if you took NIOS or CBSE. So you have to put your PCM marksheet and you should have minimum 75% marks in it.
