Any college in India will give seat m.b.b.s which should not based on NEET or AIMS or JIPMER

Yes, you can aim for colleges with this score as private colleges accept this scores.

The government colleges require high marks which is around 580+ in NEET.

If you are aiming for a private college then you have a chance.
