Yes,you are eligible to write MHT CET exam to secure B.Tech admission in Maharashtra. But since you do not have Maharashtra domicile benefit, you will be considered as an outsider. Domicile certificate mandatory for State quota counselling in neet. If you don't have the domicile certificate then you can get it online now.

You can apply https://jk.gov.in and input your every details and register it. After registration you can apply for domicile certificate. And you have to passed your 10th and 12th class in your state which is West Bengal.

Here is the eligibility criteria for Government Seats of Karnataka State NEET-UG Counselling:

1. He/she must have passed Class 10 and Class 12 from an institute located in Karnataka. Also, he/she must have studied for a period of seven years from a government school located in Karnataka, or

2. He/she must have passed Class 11 and Class 12 from an institute located in Karnataka. Also, either of the candidate’s parents must have studied for a period of seven years from an institute located in Karnataka, or

3. Candidate and either of his/her parent’s mother tongue is Kannada/Tulu/Kodava. Also, this parent must be a domicile of Karnataka state.

If you are fulfilling any of the above criteria then you are eligible for Karnataka State NEET Counselling and if you see the point number 2 then I think you are eligible.

In case you have a latest and Valid Domicile Certificate of Bihar State, issued by proper Notary/ State Government Authority/District Office, I believe you can apply under Bihar State Quota for seat in Engineering or Medical Institutes under Bihar State Government Counselling.

If you have domicile certificate of the state for 10 years you are eligible for state quota while counseling and admission. If you have domicile certificate of Uttarpradesh of atleast 10 years from now you are eligible for admission in any government college of Uttarpradesh through 85% State quota.

The Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose (NSCB) medical college in Jabalpur is good college for MBBS.

The hostel facility in NSCB college is not that good. But there are many PGs near by and that may found in average price including water charges exclusive of electricity dues. Road and train transport here and a walking distance from college.

As of now it's tough to say which college you can get because the cutoff changes every year with college and this year the cutoff went high and also few seats have increased.but with previous year analysis and your rank we can find you possibilities into the colleges.as you did not mention your category considering you as Gen student you have no chances to fetch seat in government colleges according to previous year records.also in private colleges there are less chances as this year cutoff rose.last year cutoff for gen for amaltas institute of medical sciences was 471 but there is no guarantee you can fetch a seat there because this year cutoff increased by 30-40 marks .so you have tough chances.
