domicile
Hello Aspirant,
As you have mentioned that you are from Jammu and Kashmir and you have passed only class 12th from Rajasthan so to get admission under Rajasthan domicile you must have been the resident of Rajasthan for at least 10 years but you do not fulfil this so you have to register for CSAB Counselling under J&K domicile only. So you should submit the state of eligibility for Jammu & Kashmir.
For complete details about CSAB Counselling kindly check out the link given below :-

I hope this information helps you.
Good Luck!!
Since you have not mentioned your category so considering it as general.
So on such marks and category you have good chances of getting government seat in M.V.J.Medical College and Research Hospital, Channasandra, Bangalore according to previous year's cut-off. As we go through previous year's cut-off then it shows that last year the lowest cut-off marks was 427 for M.V.J.Medical College and Research Hospital, Channasandra, Bangalore under state quota for General category.
You can check out previous year's cut-offs from the link given below :-

Note that the above prediction is made on the basis of previous year's cut-off and the cut-offs are bound to change every year depending upon various factors such as the number of candidates appearing in an examination, the number of candidates qualifying an examination, difficulty level of the paper, and so on.
To have a list of all those colleges which you can get based upon your marks, category, and state you can use NEET College Predictor:-

Hi,
Well all these caste, domicile and other certificates are valid for a period of one year from the day they were produced. So you just check the time by which you have to register for the exam and the certificate date and match if it's over one year or under the period.
I hope this helps.
All the best.
Dear aspirant,
If you have appeared for AIQ quota then your domicile state may be Rajasthan. But as you mentioned you have domicile certificate of J&K then you can easily apply for your preferable college with State quota. But as you have passed your 12th board exam from Rajasthan it may create difficulty. Whatever you can apply for AIQ seat.
Hope it would be helpful.
As you have mentioned that you are from Jammu and Kashmir and you have passed only class 10th from Rajasthan so to get admission under Rajasthan domicile you must have been the resident of Rajasthan for at least 10 years but you do not fulfil this so you have to register for CSAB Counselling under J&K domicile only.
Amit, it is quite complicated to be honest. But can you help us with the State the parents hold the domicile of. Also please do let us know if any of the parents are either Central Government Employees or working Army professionals posted in these States. This is important because each State has its own domicile criteria. For example, to participate in UP State NEET MBBS/BDS Counselling, you should hold the domicile of UP. But those Candidates who have completed their 10th and 12th, then they do not have to submit their domicile certificate because then they will be eligible for Institutional quota. And those Candidates who belong to UP but have completed their 10th and 12th outside the State need to produce the State's domicile certificate to participate in its State NEET Counselling. But if the Student has only completed his/her 10th in UP, he/she cannot participate in UP State Counselling. And to participate in Telangana's State Counselling, either the Candidate or either of the parents should have been either a resident of Telangana or should have studied atleast 6 years in Telangana. And if the Student has only studie 12th in Telangana, he/she cannot be eligible for Telangana State Counselling. Considering all this, the Student will be only eligible for Maharashtra State NEET Counselling.
Hi Aspirant!
You have not mentioned your counselling name or any other information for which you have to show your domicile state certificate to the officials. But generally the student will be considered of some state if he/she pass the 12 board from the respective state.Mean to say if anyone pass the 12th exam from any state then he/she will be the domicile of that state.
I hope it helps.
For more clarification do the comment and provide more information or if I consider your question incorrectly please correct me.
Happy Hustling!
Hello aspirant, hope you are doing good.
So, even if you have had a drop year, you can sit for the TNEA exam and counseling but you should have any of the following eligibility criteria to be able to sit for the exam:
1. Tamil Nadu candidates who have passed VIII, IX, X, XI and XII Std. from schools situated in Tamil Nadu
2. Tamil Nadu native candidates who have passed any of the VIII, IX, X, XI and XII Std. or their equivalent examination from schools situated outside Tamil Nadu
3. Children of Central Government Employees (irrespective of their native) whose parents have been serving in Tamil Nadu continuously for the past 5 years
4. Children of employees in Public Sector or Government recognised Institutions who at the time of submission of application for admission employed in Tamil Nadu continuously for the past five years
5. Children of All India service Tamil Nadu cadre officers
6. Other State candidates who have studied VIII, IX, X, XI and XII Std. in Tamil Nadu
If you want to know more about the eligibility for TNEA and various other details about it, find it here:

Hello aspirant , hope you are doing good.
So, as you have mentioned that your domicile certificate is of J&K, so it is a matter of fact that you are eligible for all the counseling of J&K, and also the special round of CSAB counseling. But definitely, whether or not you get a seat in NIT srinagar doesn't just depends on your state of domicile, but mostly on your JEE Mains rank , and if your rank is under the cutoff rank.
State of eligibility is the state from which you have passed your class 12th board examinations from, so in your case it's Rajasthan. But that won't be an issue for you to get a seat in NIT Srinagar because your domicile certificate is still of J&K which is most important.
