Hello Aspirant. You mentioned you belong to BC-B category and you expect to secure 450 out of 720 in NEET UG 2021. Based on your marks, your overall percentile ends up around 91.08 - 91.58 and your AIR may end up somewhere around 133550 - 165700 considering difficulty of the paper to be moderate.
Based on your marks obtained, it is less likely for you to get admission to MBBS at Government medical college but there are few Private colleges where you may get chance under Government quota.
You may also get chance in few Government dental colleges for pursuing BDS. As per my opinion, a candidate from BC-B category is required to fetch a minimum 500 out of 720 in order to increase his/her chances to get admission to Government medical colleges.

Hello Buddy! Hope you're doing good.
The domicile for getting admission in BTech/ BE means from where you had done your 12th boards. If you had done your intermidiate from Delhi itself and you have category certificate from Bihar resisdence then you are elogible for Delhi state quota with OBC category. Hope this will help you.
ALL THE BEST! WORK HARD !!
Hello student ,
So basically AIQ is for all the NEET candidates who wants medical seat in any part of India and State quota is for those students who wants to get a medical seat in their own state irrespective of whether it is private or government .
The seats of all the Government Medical and Dental Colleges in India through NEET are divided into two quotas namely -
All India Quota(15%) and State Quota(85%).
This means 15% of the total seats available in the Government Medical Colleges and Dental Colleges are under the All India Quota which is also known as the Central Pool. The counseling for such seats are conducted by Medical Counseling Committee (MCC). The counseling for remaining 85% seats are conducted by the respective State authorities.
Also, for the 15% All India Quota seats, all the candidates who appeared in NEET UG 2021 and qualified the exam are eligible to participate in the counseling process whereas for 85% State Quota seats, the candidates are also required to fulfill the domicile criteria as laid down by the authority responsible for the NEET counselling of a particular state.
Hello,
Firstly, let me tell you that each and every year the cut - off get changes depending upon many factors. This year lots of candidate had appeared for the NEET examination making the competition a bit more harder. Secondly for getting seat in any of the Govt. Medical College for pursuing BSc nursing or MBBS or B. A. M. S you must score at least 50 percentile (720 -136) for open category and 40 percentile ( 137 - 108 ) for OBC/SC/ST category.
Seems, you will definitely get chance.

Hi aspirant,
You are eligible to avail the benefits of state quota reservation from both the states as you fulfill some of the the basic requirement criteria for the same:
Hope it helps!!
Hello there,
Hope you are doing well .It's very difficult to predict the exact cut-offs as they keep changing every year depending on various factors like no. of candidates appeared, difficulty level of the paper, seat matrix and overall performance of the students. But we can have a general idea based on last year cut-offs as this year it's going to be somewhat similar.
You mentioned your state to be Madhya Pradesh and your category being general and AIR 36784 . Congratulations, you do have chances of getting a seat in some government colleges based on NEET 2020 cutoffs through Madhya Pradesh State quota counselling .I'll list the name of the colleges below :
1) Chhindwara Institute of Medical Sciences, Chhindwara : NEET 2020 closing AIR for general category : 39658
2) Government Medical College,Khandwa : NEET 2020 closing AIR : 38174
3) Government Medical College,Shahdol : NEET 2020 closing AIR: 42080
4) Government Medical College,Shivpuri : NEET 2020 closing AIR: 41384
5) Government Medical College,Datia: NEET 2020 closing AIR : 39129
For further information on the above colleges ,you can visit the link given below:
https://medicine.careers360.com/neet-college-predictor?utm_source=qna&utm_medium=neet_cp As far as your next question is concerned, the impact of the 27% OBC and 10% EWS reservation will only be on the 15% AIQ seats in the colleges and not on the 85% State quota seats . Rest the cutoff may vary slightly from last year given that the overall performance of the students who appeared from your state in NEET 2021 is not very different than the last year's performance.
All the best !
