SEE The college you have mentioned Dr. Ambedkar Institute Of Technology do not come under tier 1 college on the category of mba college, even the b.tech placement of this college is not good, for mba placement most of the companies comes for sales domain and salary structure is around 3-3.5 lpa. So I suggest you to go for better colleges or again prepare for competitive exam.

The admission for CSE course at Dr. Ambedkar Institute of Technology situated at Bangalore is based on class 12th marks as well scores of KCET. The minimum marks in class 12th should be 50%. Also, the cutoff for the year 2018 based on KCET for CSE branch is as follows:

• General: 6866
• 2AG: 10004
• 2BG: 11618
• BMR: 9697
• SCG: 28243
• 1G: 11839
• 2AR: 14670
• 3AG: 7521

However, these are the cutoffs for the year 2018. It may vary every year depending upon various factors.

When compared to Acharya Institute Of Technology, DSATM is good with respect to campus placements and quality of education. DSATM is a branch of the popular and one of top 5 colleges in Karnataka named Dayanand Sagar College Of Engineering. Apart from these two, there is another college suitable for your rank, named JSS Academy Of Technical Education. But according to me Dayanand Sagar Academy Of Technology and Management is the best out of three. But at the end, it depends on your interest.
