I would recommend you to go for NITTE Meenakshi when compared to Acharya or Reva as it ranked better in COMEDK and also has a better education and placements when compared to other colleges.

Computer Science department of Acharya Institute of Technology is quite good. They have a very good academics and placements in top companies like HP, Infosys, Wipro etc. 

But if you want to wait in order to get a better option you can definitely do so. But Acharya Institute of Technology is not a bad option to go for

Obviously go for MS ramaiah, without any second thought. It's a good college. Even SIT is good but MS ramaiah is better. ECE is a really good branch and it has really good scope.
