Sorry to say but with this rank jalandar nit in cse or ece is very hard . You can try for it but your chances are very low . With this rank you can try for other state government colleges or private colleges .You can go for Chandigarh university or top private colleges.

As your score in Jee mains examination is 476357 and You haven't mentioned your category of eligibility. For general category cutoff percentile is 89.75 , for OBC category cutoff is 74.31 percentile, for SC category cutoff is 54.01 percentile and st category cutoff is 44.33 percentile.
