I'm afraid going by last year cut off, you will most probably not be able to enroll here. The closing rank for home state students in NIT Jalandhar last year was 12,335 for the CSE course. See right now it can't be said for surity that u will get that college or not for pusuing ur higher studies in btech as percentile score that has been provided is too random for different shifts and not give the correct clue. The percentile that u have scored gives a mark that u will get a good NIT for ur btech courses.

According to last year trend your Score is not so good to get a good branch in NIT Jalandhar. Being from the Home State as well as from OBC category you may get PEC easily by compromising little bit with the branch.

Rest try your best till the final round counselling.

Nothing can be said surely without realise of official cutoff as this is 1st time NTA has conducted jee main and it is also conducted twice for 1st time only.If you  have got 89.6 % then your rank is almost 90,945 and with this rank nit cannot be sure.
