Yes dear, in most of the counselling procedures you get a chance to shuffle your choice, delete one or add up one as per your preferences in the subsequent rounds. You can upgrade your choices if you don't get that one in your first counseling rounds. But place your preferences in correct order and after you get the desired college, freeze it.

The counseling of MP DTE has started and the firsr round merit list was announced in the month of september and the exact date of second round of counseling is yet to be released but it is expected to be held by the authorities in the month of october 2021 .

You were meant to frame the colleges during the counselling process in accordance with your preferences. Now that you have got a chance in the second preference you only have the option to go for 1st preference college in the upcoming rounds but in no way you can choose third preference of your college.
