Hello Aspirant,

Yes. DU conducts entrance examination. This year DUET is conducted from  6th of September 2020 to 11th September 2020 in CBT mode. The results will be out on 30th of September 2020. Admissions will be based on merits of the candidate qualified in examination + the entrance exam

Hello dear, for admission in delhi university, candidates  must register themselves to the online UG admission portal available on the main website, www.du.ac.in using your personal email IDs .

Upon the declaration of CBSE results, the online portal will re-open and then you will be allowed to enter the marks

Hello aspirant,

DU is among topmost University and at the end of your graduation University name is mention on your marksheet not college name.But it will be of no use if you do not get quality of education.Dont run behind DU. If state university is better then go for that.

The eligibility criteria for getting admission in BA Eco Hons. in DU is:

  • An aggregate of 45% marks in the qualifying examination
  • The applicant must have studied and passed Mathematics at the qualifying examination for admission to B.A. (Honours) in Economics

no i don't think you can get admissions on merit base only. ou have to appear in the du pg admission entrance test .however at 72% you are eligible for entrance exam and also you will get preference since you were from du

Sir / Mam I have doubt, does DU colleges consider 4th subject like english or economics with PCB for Bsc Zoology /Microbiology/life sciences ?

Hello student,

The eligibility criteria to get admission in life science / Zoology / Microbiology course is determined by your PCB percentage of class 12th. In this, only science score percentage is taken into consideration (Physics, Chemistry and Biology). English will not be included here.
