You have not mentioned the course in which you are interested in.But yes, you may get seat in a college without EAMCET. There are few seats under management quota candidates who couldn't qualify can get admission under this quota but the tuition will be higher compared to the seat

the level of AP EAMCET is easier than jee mains as it is more on theoretical side than numericals

1. For chemistry NCERT is enough. you can use reference books for practice but most of the questions in EAMCET is directly from NCERT
