Last year, the cut off rank for general category students to get admission in M.A economics, in BHU was 597. Given, that your female rank this year is 342, i would say you do have a chance to get admission, but i won't say you can be sure

Sorry to say but if you have a backlog then you can't apply for the college until and unless you have cleared all the papers and have a clear result will you. So I suggest you don't apply instead of that prepare for the exam and score well.
