Dear Yogesh, to be eligible to study M.Com from IGNOU, you should have completed your Bachelor's or higher degree from any recognised University. Any discipline in allowed and there is no cap on the aggregate required. So with your BA in Economics with 48%, you can pursue M.Com from IGNOU.
