see generally the eligibility criteria differs as per college wise. the general b.com (//b.com) eligibility criteria is candidate must have studied Commerce in class 11 and 12 with Accountancy, Business Studies, Economics, Mathematics as compulsory subject. qualifying marks criteria may differ as per college wise.

See if you are talking about Government degree colleges, then you can get admission to the average colleges not in good ones. Also you may not get the Hons course due to such low marks so you may have to take admission in the general courses. But yeah! for that
