No, you cannot apply in the course of B.A Economics Honours from IPU without maths. Maths is compulsory for pursuing this course. The entrance test consists of the following syllabus:

1. General English - 10%

2. Economics and Statistics - 40%

3. Maths- 40%.

No, it is not possible for you to take admission in Economics honours like that. You need to have mathematics+economics in 10+2 to be eligible for taking admission in this course.
