Balachandar, the correction slip for NEET UG 2020 contains both the old detail/ upload as well as the new and corrected detail/ upload. That is why you can find both the old and new uploaded images in the correction slip.

In the NEET information bulletin, it is stated that passport size and post Card size photographs should be with plane white background. So, i would suggest check for this instruction in the information bulletin and read it thoroughly. It's better if you check your photographs and change them

the correction window of neet pg application is closed on 7 dec 2019 .so there is no any chance to edit application form .It is possible only if they provide another chance for adit application to the candidates.

NBE will open the correction window for NEET PG on December 3rd until December 7th. You can access the correction window only during this time. So please wait until little after 11am today and login to your application with your credentials and make the necessary changes.
