Electrical and Electronics Engineering
HII,
i AM PROVIDING A LINK FOR TE BLOG WHICH YOU CAN REFER TO. It will be helpful to you. Aldough the last decision to take admission in it depends on you only. https://www.careers360.com/university/sharda-university-greater-noida/reviews#:~:text=Sharda%20University%20being%20a%20Private,excellent%20for%20value%20for%20money%20.&text=Campus%20life%20is%20amazing%20.
Hello Dear,
Electrical Engineering is the toughest course among them . It is tough course since beginning because it consist of theory of circuits . As per the best future you can chose computer science and engineering , because it has the best paid since ever .
There is a huge scope of placements in CSE . In fact, it has taken the top position in placements as compared to the other fields.
Hey mate!
It's purely my opinion...so choose wisely.
If you are talking about Krishna Engineering institute of technology , ghaziabad , then you should definitely go for it . Comparing kiet and gl bajaj
Placements : Kiet has record placements in computer science and rest branches are also good ,Gl Bajaj has also good placements record but only two branches are best -CSE or IT and ECE is also satisfactory
Location: Gl bajaj has best location than Kiet , u can go for internships and training courses for engineering near Gl Bajaj , noida is also nearby
Discipline and college rules : KIET has 5 days week classes and in Gl Bajaj classes are on Saturday also uptil 2nd year in cse and it branch. , In mechanical u can have sat off from 2 year only. Gl bajaj is very strict regarding discipline and attendance which is good but sometimes becomes a hindrance in technological and creative development.
Student life :. U can live more freely being a student of KIET than of GL Bajaj , though 70–75 percentage attendance is required in both colleges but strictness is more in Gl Bajaj. I hope this could help u in choosing between ur choices
All the best
Hello,
THere is no information if it provides major and minor both for 4 year degree course. It may provide either major or minor. Major means a course from your branch and with highest credit. Minor means a course from other branch with maximum credit point.
it would be better to make your doubt clear from the help desk of University. In other way, You can choose BTech in Electronic and Computer engineering which is offered at REVA University. for more details, please visit the link -
https://reva.edu.in/course/b.-tech-in-electrical-and-computer-engineering
hope it helps!
Yes you can have but it will be difficult to handle both the extra papers along with semester syllabus. each semester will have around 5-6 subjects and major and minor will be additional 2 along with lab.
Major subject will be from your branch and minor paper will be from different branch which you will choose while opting for minor. If you want to choose Mechanical engineering then you can. But it will be better to choose something which will help you later. along with EEE or ECE as semester branch , it would be better to take CSE or IT as minor as many concepts are co-related.
Hope it helps!
Hi,
The question really depends on what kind of job you would want to take up.
Obviously a person well versed with ECE core subjects will not take up a full fledged job focused on coding and vice versa. Although, these days, students who have taken ECE also have very good knowledge on programming as well and would like to enter that field.
The companies that appear for placement don't usually appear specifying which students they want from a particular branch. It's upto you to take up that job or not. So, it basically depends on which job you want to take up. If you want a Software Job, you would obviously require the skill set for that.
And it also depends on all your other projects and GPA of how you have performed in college as well.
All the best!
With 97.91 percentile in JEE Main, you may expect your AIR to be around 22000. With this rank, there are many options available for you to get admission into. However if you want to know about Electrical Engineering and Electronics Electronics Eng. only, here is the list for some NITs which you may get with this rank:
For further information about college options available, you may use the B.Tech companion available using the link given below:
