For EEE students there are wide scope in both sectors i.e private as well as government but its important to have clear technical knowledge of your subjects along with good communication skills. The are lots of reputed organizations where you can apply such as; Indian Railways, ISRO, Indian Oil Corporation Defense Services Indian Oil Corporation National Thermal Power Corporation, (NTPC) etc. All the Best!!

If we compare these branches than CSE has more scope it is most demaded branch among students.
To get a good salary and pay after you complete your btech in ECE make sure you get into good rather top NIT/IIIT's. Also after Btech the best will be doing Mtech and appear for GATE and even choose to do PSU jobs.
Also work on your academics. Keep a aim of appearing for GATE and prepare for it from the right time. NOT now but once you are in your 3rd/4th year for btech.
