It most depends upon the college from.which you have done your b.tech.Highest payers in india for E3 are companies like TATA STEEL, ONGC, IOCL,HPCL, BPCL, OIL, BHEL, GAIL, NTPC etc.

Usually when it comes to core electrical jobs, it is usually companies like Bosch, Texas Instruments, Bharath electronics ,Schneider that offer high paying packages starting from 12 lakhs going upto 30 lakhs per annum for fresh graduates.
High positions in the electricity boards across India are also quite promising.

IIT kharagpur admission based on gate score (70% ) and personal interview (30%). In Last year, The opening score of  GATE for Department of electrical engineering are as:-

You have got 70.98 percentile in JEE main that means your rank should be around 252186. You can also calculate your rank as
