i have got 75 percentile in jee mains January. can i get admission in BIT durg for B-Tech electrical engineer

For Electrical Engineering or All other Branches fee are same. In free seat fee 14k per Year.But in paid seat 35k per semester.

Definitely yes. You can do M.Sc post graduation in any stream given that you have an undergraduation degree (course doesnt matter).
Most universities usually conduct an entrance test. The test is usually comprised of general stuff. In most cases, there will be General Knowledge, Logical Reasoning, Language.
