Hi ! No you can't get electrical in Jadavpur with that OBC rank. Last year the cut off was around 900 rank. Still if you have good luck where you get the assistance of vacancy, then it may be possible. You have to wait upto last round including mock up

Yes it is obvious that the cutoff will increase due to the implementation of the 90% domicile because if they are to take 90% of the domicile candidates then they will have to increase the cutoff because 90 percentile of West Bengal students donot fit into the previous year cutoff
