At this rank, you might get IITs but getting admission in top 7 IITs is difficult. And since it would be the first time of EWS quota it would be difficult to predict which college you might get but I guess you might get IITs like Indore, Dhanbad,

Hello applicant! All three courses are a good one, but I would suggest that electrical engineering is a better option. It has got a good scope as the demand for this is quite high. Also, IIT Dhanbad is a good place to study Electrical engineering.
