I will suggest you to take electrical branch at old iits, cse is not everything.

Hello applicant! All three courses are a good one, but I would suggest that electrical engineering is a better option. It has got a good scope as the demand for this is quite high. Also, IIT Dhanbad is a good place to study Electrical engineering.

She has very less chance of getting into IITs, and that too no chance of getting electrical branch. As a general candidate one should have a rank of below 10,000 to get into IITs. Better go for NITs.
