Its kind of too obvious. CSE is the branch thats supposed to get the highest paid job irrespective of any college whether IITs or NITs. However, even if you are in ELectrical engineering or mechanical engineering you still get a coding job by learning yourself and become a software engineer.

It is very difficult to get admission in state universities with 401 rank unless and until you have reservation or quota. 

Because the seats are filled by the gate students 

So there are least chances to get a seat in JNTU and OU
