Fees for SC/ST candidates is zero

Fees for candidates with income less than 1 lakh is zero

Well I cannot say for certain about Electronics and Communication Engineering but maybe you have good chances of getting Electrical Engineering branch even if it is in the seventh round or the special rounds so stay in counselling upto the last and you will get it.
