as per the merit score that you have secured you have passed the eligibility criteria of jntu hyderabad,so yes you can get the seat in jntuh campus but you will get free seat but as per the category you belong to you are not elligible for fee reimbuirsement

I'll suggest you to choose engineering branch over college. As CSE has more scope nowadays, so I'll suggest you to join CSE in IIT Gandhinagar. As after 10 years the thing which matters the most is your branch and skill , and not the college.
