For both these colleges, not many core companies come for recruitment purpose. A few do come, but they hire very few students. It is mostly the generic companies that visit and hire. CS and IT students are better placed, but they also take students from electrical. The average package

Some of the facts which I like to mention about EC/CS/IT department of MJPRU are:-
Infrastructure is good and facilities are better with proper experimental laboratories and equipments.
Faculty is average , not so good but far better than private institutes.
Syllabus followed is standard and standard authors books
