Since you asked a seat in manipal main campus either Computer science or Electrical Engineering and your rank is 21811.Well my answer is NO because for Computer Science last year(2018) closing rank is 1059 and Electrical Engineering(2018) closing rank is 6405.

The 2017 last round cutoff in the general category for Mechanical was 7789 and for electrical was 11851 . Hence you can easily get admission there .

Hello aspirant, congratulations on performing well in GATE 2019 Examination. Based on your performance, it might get difficult for you to take admission in IIT Roorkee as the closing rank for 2018 was 430. However, you can try for ither IITs as well.
