Is the campus, infrastructure and sports facilities of IIT BHU really bad in comparison to the other IITs?

Placements : The institute actually has very good placement records due to its outstanding alumni and also due to the presence of placement and training cell working day and night to indulge its students with skills and leadership. So, the placements in the college have never been a problem.

Infrastructure : With almost hundred years on the calendar, our campus is luxurious from inside and filled with modern day necessities from inside. They have every resource that a student wants in his college life such as largely spaced room, Wi-Fi everywhere around the campus and many more things. So, the campus is unmatched.

Faculty : The faculty members are nice, very helping and motivating. On the other hand, the course curriculum is a bit boring but essential too. A load of academics is very less compared to other IITs and hence students can do anything they want and could carry on their interest. The students feel very proud to be a part of IIT BHU.

Infrastructure : As this college is more than 100 years old, its infrastructure is like in an old temple. The buildings are old, but the feeling of living in these old buildings is great. It has become IIT a few years ago, so the infrastructure is being developed. Labs are good. Grounds are good. Overall, the infrastructure is good and is getting better.

Faculty : Faculty members are not good. Some teachers are good, but the maximum of them are bad. Students have to study the course from books and other sources on their own. The course curriculum is not difficult. It can be managed with other activities. Faculty members are bad, but the course curriculum is good.

Other : Fests are very good. Other institutes like medical, commerce and arts are also present on the same campus. The campus is huge. Wi-Fi and LAN connectivity are average. Clubs and council activities conducted are good.
