            Both eee and ece are good course and both have equal scopes. Both are very good course to get good job opportunities. It depends on your interest to choose which course you are gonna study. Ece deals with the communication mostly and eee deals with electricity. So Both

According to previous year cutoffs it is almost impossible to get ECE or EE branch if you are a general category student. If you are from SC/ST then you may get a seat but the chances are low for ECE as your General rank will go 30,000+ .
