You are from OBC category then you may have chances to get admission in BIET jhansh in civil or electrical branch. I think OBC rank 5547 is not enough to get admission in BIET, Jhansi. I am not 100% sure, but I can predict according to your rank.

According to previous year cutoffs it is almost impossible to get ECE or EE branch if you are a general category student. If you are from SC/ST then you may get a seat but the chances are low for ECE as your General rank will go 30,000+ .
