Congrats on your GATE score.Your GATE score is pretty good. You can mostly get into Osmania University for electrical but this is according to last year ranks and results. So, please check once.
Congrats on securing a wonderful rank Rishi, but it seems like IIT Delhi electrical engineering will be a tough call here.

As compared to previous years' cut off marks, you're not eligible specifically for these branches. Otherwise you can get any other branch there. Except CSE, ETC, EE and ME
