It depends upon the rank you got and number of seats available for the branch which you want.

If you want ECE ,there is seat vacant after the counseling process you will get that.

As you mentioned your score 103 in JEE Mains 2019 so your rank will be nearlly upto 55000 as per previous year prediction. In order to get admission in NIT allahabad for electrical and mechanical engineering the minimum rank for SC category at home state is below 1850

So by seeing last year cutoff you should get admission into IIT Bombay.

As per your score in JEE Mains 2019 your rank will be nearly 50000 from last year observation. According to this rank it is difficult to get seat into NIT Allahabad in electrical engineering. The minimum rank required for electrical engineering in NIT Allahabad is below 7500 rank.
