Your marks are a bit good.As per the previous year cutoffs and the fact that you belong from ST category you can get call from the PSUs such as BHEL,HPCL,ONGC,NTPC, GAIL,etc.So,you should prepare for Group Discussion and Personal Interview.You search for articles on  PSUs on Careers360

Hello Mayank, the last year closing rank for CSE and IT branch were low. Given that you have scored 114 marks you would get a rank around 1,200-1,500. You should get Electrical branch if you wait till the final round but getting CS or IT would be very tough. You
