IF you are General category student or OBc's too then it is next to impossible to get NIT's for Mtech. Last year the closing score was 520 for EEE.
But if want any NIT's then you can try many indisciplinary courses or you can try the state Universities.
Hello there. Since you are going after electrical branch you can expect a cutoff of around 60% as for the higher preference is always given to it and CSE and after that electronics so you can expect a lower cutoff in case of electrical
Hi Mayayuvasri, the cutoff varies every year based on various factors like number of test takers number of seats available difficulty level of exams etc. However going by the past records, some of the colleges you can try are,

2) IIT Delhi - sc/st
