The cutoff for EEE branch is 39.6 for general category. With this score chances of getting PSU or any IIT are very low for a general category student (I am assuming you to be one as you didn't mentioned your category). However you can probably get admission into some mid-tier

Yes 577 is a good score if you are from the SC category. You might be eligible for 1 or more courses in the colleges mentioned below:

• IIT Delhi- >450
• IIT Bombay- 340
• IIT Kharagpur- >450
• IIT Guwahati- >400
