Most probably you will qualify but the important thing is you will not get any IITs or NITs.You can get only private colleges .Also no PSUs.
As the official cut off is not announced nothing can be exactly said about it.Cut off depends on the number of students
It depends on your category as well.If you are not from general category then definately you get any of NITs .You can apply for NITs and state level engineering colleges.
