Most of the colleges  for the electrical engineering starting their admission process around 3rd week of march 2019 to 2nd week of april 2019 in lucknow keep checking the official websites for the exact dates as it varies from college to college

i think you cant apply for CG PET Exam because it need +2 aggregate marks of PCM/PCB.

but you can do b.tech,because some universities allow diploma degree holders to direct 2nd year.
