Now you can also go for job, but you have to work very hard, but there will be less posibilities of promotion since you won't have any graduate degree. So I suggest you to do B.Tech degree through lateral entry scheme.

The exact prediction would be tough as JEE Advance Exam Pattern changes every year, The cutoff also differs for the admissions into the participating IITs as per the category, course and college selected by the candidates. I would suggest you to check the previous year cutoff of each IIT branches
