Sorry to say but with this rank you wouldn't be able to get these branches in college as their cutoffs are very high as compared to other colleges for eee the closing rank of obc is 1076 and for EE it is, 687 but you can then these branches on
the choices are done sequencially with the topmost having highest priority:-
1)iiest shibpur EE
2)NIT DURGAPUR EE
3)NIt jamshedpur EE
4)NIT HAMIRPuR ECE

Well, according to me, JADAVPUR UNIVERSITY preferred since it has better infrstructure as well has higher rank as compared to that of VNIT NAGPUR.

I would advice that you should write both the exams as selection is based on your rank and it doesn't matter that how many entrance you are giving. The thing matter is that the rank you achieved or the score which ever is considered and yes it is feasible
It is difficult to get admission in Electrical Engineering for SC category student because for cut off is around 60-80 in first round but if you are female candidate then if you have luck then in last i.e counseling round you will get the walchand the probability is less as
