You have a less chances of getting IET Lucknow as its ranking are very high enough. You can try in other government colleges like:

• Bundelkhand Institute of Engineering & Technology, Jhansi
• Kamla Nehru Institute of Technology, Sultanpur

You can also go for some of the good private colleges
