As the GATE exam result is not declared now so it is difficult to tell the cutoff for this year.

See it is highly impossible to give a list like this. You should also do some research on your own about the kind of job you want. There are plenty of jobs in PSUs, civil services. Surf the net, check the employment news and then decide where you would like

Yes, you can sit in ISRO entrance exam. Any B.tech graduate from any stream can apply for it.
One of the eligibility criteria for ISRO entrance  exam-:
You must qualify your B.Tech with an aggregate minimum of 65% marks or CGPA 6.84 on a ten scale.
