I think NIT Surat Electrical is better than RVCE CSE as NIT is reputed college anywhere you go you have advantage of study from NIT and NIT have good minded students and strong alumni network.If you have interest in coding you will join coding club.
Hi Rishav,First of congratulations.There is a very good chance to get an admission offer from both Haldia and Techno in Electrical Engg. stream. Last year Haldia had the closing rank of around 100000 and Techno around 90000 in Electrical Engg. branch. I hope this helps.
