It depends on lots of parameters. Like if we compare both the courses then they have different scope in different sectors. The career prospects of ECE from Galgotias is considered better as compared to IT from GL Bajaj. Also ECE branch can give you lots of better opportunities

The cutoff of ROUND 1 is not disclose anywhere but in counselling. While last year's cutoff for ROUND 2 says you'll get TEL in DSCE. I'll drop a link to it.
