Its a low rank can't say 100% you get a seat but yes there is chance of getting a seat in KCET .Very less chance of getting these branch.

Since every year cutoff changes so according to previous year 2018 cutoff you may get seat for CSE in KHIT but not in MVR college. So for your reference i am providing you the link you can check other colleges as well.
