If you want a good campus life, definitely go for TKM Kollam. It has a divine architecture with a 25 acre campus. The weather in Trivandrum is light and breezy. You will have a great campus life at this place. However, GEC Barton Hill is also a very good option.

With a rank of 13929 sorry but you would not get an ece seat in DSCE (2nd shift) as the cutoff rank for general category in year 2018 was 6273. If you belong to any other category then yes you have a chance(probably in 2nd or 3rd round
