Yes you can do M.Tech after your B.Tech. You can give GATE exam and qualify with Decent marks and can take admission in IITs or NITs for Higher studies.

hi, you may not get old nits or iits according to your gate score. you can apply in iit guwahati, roorkee or any lower nits. you may also apply in jadavpur university. however jadavpur university has separate entrance examination for admission in mtech. you may also apply in nit durgapur.
