Yes, you can go for 2019 intake as there is no such eligibility criteria in GRE. You can register for the test irrespective of age.
However, you have to fulfil the GRE eligibility criteria for individual institutes where you are applying.
The are four sections in GRE General test- Verbal
In order to get into NSIT you have to appear for JEE Main exam and you have to attend JAC counselling.
Below is the eligibility criteria of NSIT
-You must have secured at least 60% aggregate marks or more in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics at Senior School Certificate Examination Level/XII.

Electrical Engineering- Your rank should be around 900 in and marks should be around 163.
Electronics and telecommunication- Your rank should be around 670 in MHT CET and marks should be around 166

You need to score around 95 marks in JEE Main to get CSE branch in your home state quota and around 60 marks to get ECE in your home state quota under ST category.
Both are mostly equal branches & there is a little difference such as Communication Engineering is more preferable than Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering as it has a broader scope.
